Standard Clean
Also referred to as maintenance cleaning or routine cleaning, this is a reset of an occupied home. As house cleaning professionals we make special efforts to restore the house to a sparkling clean slate removing the build up of dust and dirt between cleanings.
This routine maintenance usually follows the initial deep clean service for best results.
We will dust, vacuum and mop all areas/rooms.
We also detail the washroom and kitchen by cleaning showers, tubs, toilets, sinks etc.
Maitenance cleans can be booked and scheduled to recur on a weekly,biweekly or monthly schedule.

Common area cleaning
Common areas are the shared or more highly trafficked areas of the home.
These are the kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, powder room and hallways.
It is common to add the main washroom as well as the private washrooms to the clean such as the master ensuite or jack and jill washroom.
Some clients may even add one bedroom to the mix omitting the others.
These partial cleans will follow the checklists of a deep clean or a standard clean depending on the booking/client preference.
Deep cleaning is a heavy duty cleaning service. Deep cleans are used for initial cleaning visits, after construction and between tenants (tenant turnover-move in/move out). The checklists for these cleans are very similar. but we love to know which kind of a deep clean when quoting.
During our deep cleaning sessions we clean the entire home top to bottom. This includes baseboards, blinds, windows, inside of appliances and more that may have been overlooked for some time. We aim for that 'like new' clean.

Air BnB
This is the full hotel experience! Although we aim for this standard of perfection in all of our cleanings we ensure to remove all traces of previous occupants in time for the arrival of the new guests and in a timely manner! Duties include changing and making beds, dishwashing, cleaning washrooms, replacing toiletries etc!
